               This institute has been started for the benefit  and upliftment of ST candi dates exclusively  during the year 2013.

       The Craftsmen Training Scheme was introduced by the Government of India in 1950 to ensure a steady flow of skilled workers in different trades for the domestic industry, to raise quantitatively and qualitatively the industrial production by systematic training, to reduce unemployment among the educated youth by providing them employable training, to cultivate and nurture a technical and industrial attitude in the minds of the younger generation.

          The Scheme, the most important in the field of vocational training, has been shaping craftsmen to meet the existing as well as future manpower need, through the vast network of ITIs in our State.

          Our Institute  is situated at Ooty main road  8 KM away from Coimbatore main bus stand and second largest industrial city  in Tamilnadu. This institute is temporarily running in Govt  ITI , Coimbatore campus.

We are sharing the ample infrastructure facilities available in Govt. ITI , Coimbatore  to impart training to trainees in various trades. We are looking for eligible youngsters to be upgraded and thus can contribute themselves for the development of the Nation. We offer and assure the best training in this institute.

This institute is one of the  5  ITIs started for ST candidates in Tamilnadu. This institute has 5 trades and situated in industrial city.

The ameneties for the students are very good and it is being shared with Govt ITI, Coimbatore. The faculty and training are very much appreciated.
